Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 60 calendar days of receiving the product. Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with original packaging to qualify for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, customers may submit a request through the Contact page. Our team will provide return instructions and approval within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, damaged, opened excessively, or not in original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
